A Triumph!
But, of course, what else would it be when Read Raw appear at Paisley Museum and Art Gallery to support the Show Scotland campaign?

No, it went well, the four Read Rawers, and Betty McKellar, Geoff (son of Tommy) Cooper, Ronnie (nephew of Walter (the self-styled 'worst poet in the world' and author of several collections, including 'A Wee Dribble of Dross')) McCorrisken, and last, but not least, Pauline Vallance on the Clarsach and the flute, and voice, of course.

Check out Pauline here.

And Ronnie here.

Check out Ronnie's Uncle Walter here.

Okay, maybe there were a little too much nature poetry going on, and even I cracked under the pressure and read a poem called 'Yoshitomo's Dog', inspired by theandJapanese Pop Art of Yoshitomo Nara, but it wasn't very naturish, honest!

We started on time, and we finished on time, so go, me, as the MC. Here's to the next time, and I'll try Try TRY to get some pictures of the event posted - Wullie!
